About pOST 71
Our legacy is rooted in the community of Clayton, where we honor the memory of Leonard Moore, a brave local who made the ultimate sacrifice in WWI.
Since our establishment in 1932, we have been dedicated to serving veterans and fostering community connections.
It’s essential to express your unique journey. With countless stories out there, your authentic narrative is what will resonate most.
If your voice is absent in what you’ve written, take a moment to refine your message until it truly reflects who you are.
Post 71 Leadership
In the American Legion and Our Post, leadership is provided by volunteer members. Post leaders are fundamentally responsible for the success of Our Post.
These volunteers serve in many different leadership roles as Post officers, committee members, chairmen and mentors to new members.
Good Post leaders have the initiative to provide honorable and noteworthy service to our veterans, their families and the communities we serve.
